Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING is handled by the United States Postal Service or UPS and is based on your purchase total. Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. You may select from Standard (5-10 days) or Expedited (3-5 days). Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day or the following business day if placed on the weekend. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends.

After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number for your order at the email address provided on your order. In general, items on the website are in stock and can be shipped promptly. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and we'll either give you choices for similar items or refunded for the missing item.

Note: Please be sure to be present at the time of delivery if possible, USPS will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows "Delivered". We also offer signature service for $2.00 (please email us), we highly recommend you to purchase this service if shipping address is an apartment or areas with visible traffic. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE TRACKING SHOWS 'DELIVERED'
